Request you to please share the profiles for the below role to [email protected]. || [email protected] Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant - ORC/Core HR/Talent management Work location: Charlotte (28202), NC Hybrid (75% travel) Position type : Contract Job Description: The Oracle Cloud HCM ORC or Core HR or Talent management Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams and interact with business and understand their pain areas, co-ordinate with them, help in testing. Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules and is able to lead the discussions, guide the team. Responsibilities: Guide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challenges Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues, co-ordinate with PaaS technical team and other module leads Design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applications Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management Manage scope by identifying and proposing change requests Contribute to Capgeminis Oracle HCM Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. Required Skills: 6 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Must have worked on at least 2-4 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects Primary Modules: Oracle HCM ORC or Core HR or Talent management Secondary Modules: Learning, Security, Fast formula, Helpdesk, Talent Management Experience designing solutions that include PaaS Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments Implementation in global environments or international experience Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Nice to Have Skills: Active Certifications in the Compensation module will be desired Page customizations and redwood design studio experience.
