[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] US Citizens only (No GCs or H1Bs) Candidate may be invited to an in-person interview if required Hybrid (1 day onsite a week) Federal Client / State Client experience is desired but not compulsory Title: Sr Network Engineer Location: Washington, DC, Duration: 12 Months Client: Federal Reserve board Rate : $65/hr on W2 basis or $75/hr on C2C/1099 basis REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 10 years experience in supporting enterprise-grade routers and switches in a large data center environment Expert-level knowledge of OSPF and BGP are essential for this position Demonstrating expertise in supporting and configuring the following technologies: BGP, OSPF, STP in NXOS and IOSXE platforms Experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting large data center networks Experience with Cisco Nexus switches (9K, 7K, etc) and Cisco Catalyst switches and routers XVLAN, Wireless and AWS networking is a plus. The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: Assist the networking team with daily operations and ongoing projects, including troubleshooting routing and switching issues, developing new designs, managing maintenance windows, and handling any other tasks as required.
