The ideal candidate will employ Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to create comprehensive plans that outline scope, goals, and timelines, while coordinating both internal resources and external vendors. Responsibilities Develop and manage program and project plans aligned with organizational goals. Oversee interrelated projects and ensure effective testing and monitoring.
