An expert with 10+ years of indepth hands on experience in following technology for supporting large enterprise client. Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, Image management, Application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), Citrix and AVD. Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One drive, Zoom and Webex. Knowledge of managing Experience management and Desktop engineering. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. An expert with 10+ years of in-depth hands on experience in supporting large enterprise client for End-user computing technologies, including SCCM, Window Intune, Image management, Application packaging, W365. Extensive hands-on exposure (level 3/ 4 expert) to managed end-user computing technologies, including SCCM, Window Intune, Image management, Application packaging, W365.
