Requirements: Create comprehensive documentation for the application rationalization project, including process flows and business requirements Conduct reviews of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization Conduct reviews of existing application process flows to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and dependencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
