| Senior Network Engineer Location: Washington, District of Columbia (Hybrid - 1 Day a week) Visa Status: ONLY USC LOCAL Candidates REQUIREMENTS: The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience: - Minimum of 10 years' experience in supporting enterprise-grade routers and switches in a large data center environment - Expert-level knowledge of OSPF and BGP are essential for this position - Demonstrating expertise in supporting and configuring the following technologies: BGP, OSPF, STP in NXOS and IOSXE platforms - Experience designing, planning, testing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting large data center networks - Experience with Cisco Nexus switches (9K, 7K, etc) and Cisco Catalyst switches and routers - XVLAN, Wireless and AWS networking is a plus\\ The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following: - Assist the networking team with daily operations and ongoing projects, including troubleshooting routing and switching issues, developing new designs, managing maintenance windows, and handling any other tasks as required. - Extensive expertise in BGP and OSPF, traffic engineering, route optimization, and failover scenarios. qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 6 years of experience Education: Bachelors skills: Network Security -- Keywords: information technology Senior Network Engineer - Washington DC local Visa usc only [email protected] |
