Local candidates or those in the 6-state footprint will be given first preference. 6-states are: MI, OH, KY, IL, IN, WI. The ideal candidate for this role has 10+ years of relevant work experience. Follows company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Assists in preparing technical design sClientifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. Collaborates with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Participates in architecture, design and code reviews. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. Seeking a talented resource for leading implementation and enhancement of the ServiceNow software platform, providing overall business function knowledge to projects and support, and incorporating scaled agile framework. Drives engagement with vendors, company customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and system interfaces, assess available platform functionality and integrations to present solutions. Required: 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow Knowledge of ITIL Processes Experience in web-based environments using SaaS Experience working with nuances of cloud and on prem systems Experience with Cloud provisioning in ServiceNow Experience with Discovery (and Service Discovery) in ServiceNow Experience with log analysis and event systems (IE Splunk etc.) Experience with Cloud systems, sClientifically Azure Understanding of CMDB concepts and methodologies and setup and build CMDB in ServiceNow 2+ years Experience in scripting solutions in (Java, etc.) Preferred: ITIL Certifications ServiceNow Certifications Keywords: information technology Illinois Kentucky Michigan Ohio Wisconsin Lead Developer - ServiceNow [email protected] |
