Position: Techno-functional RPG Programmer Location: Miramar, FL or Miami, FL (On-site Monday-Thursday, remote on Friday) Duration: 6-12 months No CPT/H1B/OPT Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional RPG Programmer to support accounting applications in RPG AS400 systems. This role requires a versatile professional who can handle both coding and analyst responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain software that is reliable, efficient, reusable, and well-documented. Resolve system issues and handle day-to-day support requests. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and provide solutions. Perform unit testing and create proper documentation for fixes and enhancements. Ensure compliance with departmental coding standards and follow change and problem management processes. Must-Have Experience: RPG, RPGLE, CL, DDS, Embedded SQL Stored procedures, Turnover, Hawkeye Experience with supporting both code and analyst functions Experience with IBM-Z platform Familiarity with accounting systems and credit card processing.
