Expertise in configuring ServiceNow FSO modules, data model setup, and workflow development. Experience with Performance Analytics (PA) enablement and FSO-specific workflows (e.g., Commercial and Servicing Lines for Banking). Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and custom application development. Ability to lead customer-facing discussions, workshops, and configuration reviews. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing performance and improving scalability. Excellent documentation skills to record development and technical configurations. Preferred Skills : Experience in building advanced work assignment features within FSO. Familiarity with configuring reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence tools. Experience with scripting and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
