Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title: Technical Business Analyst Location:Hybrid( Chicago, IL)- need local candidates Duration : 6 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Job Description: Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and support for commission calculations. Analyze and interpret data, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Develop a deep understanding of commission structures and the business logic that drives calculations. Facilitate the migration of data to the Azure cloud, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Investigate performance issues related to data accuracy and processing efficiency. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Document business processes and data flows to support ongoing analysis and future enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience with SQL Deep knowledge and understanding of Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with individual autonomy. Strong SQL skills and will leverage their analytical skills to support data migration to the Azure Cloud.
