| Job Description: Kanban Lead About the Role: As a Kanban Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of software development teams using Kanban methodologies. You will be responsible for facilitating the Kanban process, coaching team members, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Kanban teams, ensuring adherence to Kanban principles and practices. Design and manage Kanban boards, including defining pillars, creating charts, and setting WIP limits. Monitor the flow of work items on the Kanban board, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) within the team. Facilitate regular retrospectives to reflect on team performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and mentoring to team members on Kanban principles and tools. Onboard new team members and ensure they understand business processes and their roles. Resolve conflicts and blockages within the team. Ensure that team work is aligned with business objectives and priorities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather information, clarify needs, and manage expectations. Required Skills and Experience: Experience with Kanban methodologies and Agile frameworks. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with SAFe framework. Certifications related to Agile methodologies (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM).
