This role includes configuring the system, designing custom job roles, ensuring segregation of duties, and maintaining the highest security standards to meet regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Risk Management Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation, configuration and customization of Oracle Risk Management Cloud to support the organization's security and compliance needs. Custom Role Design: Design and build custom job roles with a focus on segregation of duties (SoD) to ensure secure and compliant access within Oracle SaaS applications. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the SaaS environment. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) by implementing and monitoring appropriate controls. Security Policies: Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures for the SaaS environment. Access Controls: Manage user access controls, segregation of duties, and role-based access within Oracle SaaS applications. Audit Management: Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit findings and recommendations. Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans for security breaches or compliance violations. Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about security and compliance requirements among employees. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in GRC and Oracle Risk Management Cloud to continuously improve the organization's security posture. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to ensure security and compliance requirements are integrated into all projects and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, IT security, or a related field with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including configuration, customization, and reporting. Strong experience in designing and building custom job roles with a focus on segregation of duties (SoD). Deep understanding of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in executing security and compliance tasks. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines.
