He/ She will also point of contact for various internal business application platforms including CPQ, Sales and Sales Operations, Marketing, Services, PRM. In this role, he/she will oversee all aspects of deploying CRM D 365 solutions to internal business partners. In addition, this candidate will partner with internal business units to design and implement CRM solutions that will deliver robust application functionality to the business. Responsibilities: Manage Day to day support, enhancements, and projects across the CRM application portfolio by partnering with business and India IT Offshore team for developing and deploying D365 solutions, instance refresh and other project initiatives. Business Engagement 1) Assisting business engagement activities. 2) Conduct routine Governance Calls with Business. 3) Provide support during US working hours with a solid functional expertise of the Sales/Services/Marketing/PRM sector. Solution Architect 1) Lead and analyse key business requirements, design a solution using appropriate architectural techniques and standards, such as : a) CRM D365 Sales, Services and Marketing b) Power Platform best practices c) Securing our Instances /applications d) Maintenance/Licensing Cost Optimization strategy e) Minimizing Customization 2) Continuous Improvement through ongoing analysis of recurrent problems 3) Work on proof-of-concepts to assess the viability of any new business requirements. Monthly Release Management Assist offshore team on CR deployment that needs Sysadmin access in following areas: a) Power Automate Flow b) Email Boxes c) Any customization that needs generic user d) Security role deployment Application Maintenance Assist Offshore team with Sysadmin access /activities required for regular instance refresh System Administration Perform routine as well as ITAR administrative tasks necessary for the CRM application's smooth operation in your capacity as the system administrator (SYSADMIN). including but not restricted to: 1) Monitoring Storage, instance health and other parameters 2) Implement strategy on storage clean-up. 3) Monitoring usage and License management. Qualification Requirements: Over 8-15 years Dynamics CRM D365 Techno-Functional experience Good customer facing experience preferred to have played of BSA role in the past. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015, UCI Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 Knowledge of CRM D365 Admin must to have User, role, Workflows , Business rules , entity , field , Views , forms, Process flows, security roles , security assignment concepts, record sharing Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules Good understanding on Integrating MSD D365 with third party applications. Should have good understanding on SQL server. Proficient in Plugin/Custom workflow development. Good to have SSIS development, Console App development. Must have Power Automate/ MS Flow development Experience. Proficient in C#, .NET, Java script, Jquery, HTML , CSS. Expert in Web API, developing rest API's. Ribbon Workbench development experience is preferred. Understanding of Solution deployment, code check-in and checkout. Added Advantage in understanding of Azure DevOps. Functional knowledge on CPQ is good to have. Added Advantage on Understanding Dynamics Portal development framework. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to tell a story with data, to a non-technical audience. Experience with Agile/SCRUM development and implementation techniques.
