Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer journey data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with product teams to optimize Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies. Assist in the development of customer segmentation and targeting strategies. Stay updated on Adobe product features and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within Adobe platforms. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and analytics. Proficient in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
