Location: Hybrid Onsite Required -- 1 CVS Drive, Woonsocket RI

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months to start + extensions if its a mutual fit this could be open ended, and they also require the option/ability/interest to convert FTE down the road but there is no plan within the first 6 months at this time to convert.

Interview Process: 1-2 rounds on video

Required:

Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience with mobile devices.

Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices.

3+ years of AirWatch MDM administration and support.

Excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.

Intermediate Microsoft SQL and Power skills required.

On-call and available to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends.

Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the customer and management.

Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to rapidly re-prioritize and handle shifting priorities while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and adaptability.

Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation), with the ability to easily and effectively interact and negotiate with business stakeholders.

Creative and abstract thinking skills to envision and design innovative solutions to business opportunities and challenges.

Must have can do / will do attitude.

Must be a team player - highly adaptive, resourceful, responsive, enjoys learning and sharing.

AirWatch Professional Certification

Day-to-day:

Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build, and deploy new MDM solutions.

Interface VMWare cloud with ActiveSync in the current AirWatch cloud and support the development of new MDM non AirWatch solutions.

Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, uncertainty, and incomplete information when evaluating alternatives and making recommendations.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) Administrator to design and support hardware, software, and cloud services to help deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices.

The MDM Administrator will act at the Teir-4 level and is responsible for system architecture, tracking, and troubleshooting mobile devices and administering the AirWatch cloud environment for our business units.

This individual manages, maintains supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes the mobile cloud environment, its related mobile devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs.

The Mobile Device Administrator ensures that all mobile devices and activations comply Clients policies and procedures.

Responsible for tracking of device inventory in the MDM cloud environment and performing audits of the AirWatch system.

Telephone, e-mail and on-site problem diagnosis and resolution.

Systems Administration of the MDM AirWatch cloud.

Administering and maintaining of the AirWatch Installation and configuration systems at Client with level 4 support. Be a mentor and work with other vendors and on-site vendors that support the MDM, and telecommunication systems.

Enforce mobile device policies and procedures in the MDM AirWatch environment.

Provide support for loading commercial off-the-shelf and in-housed develop mobile applications into the AirWatch application catalog and help deployment of those applications.

Liaison with Clients business units and AirWatch consultants for installations, deployments and, troubleshooting of new AirWatch releases and evaluate new OS mobile device releases for IOS, Android, and Windows.

Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.

Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.
