Role: P&C Commercial Insurance Claims Consultant Duration: 12 months + Location: East Coast Preferred location Atlanta ,GA (Travel Position) Job description: As a P&C Commercial lines Claims Transformation Consultant, will be responsible for leading and managing claims transformation projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Work with senior Claims and technology leaders in the insurance industry to assess current claims processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Claims Assessment:- Analyze end to end value chain of commercial lines claims processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Design and implement process improvements to streamline claims handling and reduce cycle times. Utilize data analytics and technology to enhance claims processing and decision-making. Technology Integration:- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support claims transformation initiatives. Work with IT teams to implement new systems and tools. Ensure seamless integration of technology with existing processes and systems. Change Management:- Develop change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. suggest training and support to clients' staff on new procedures and systems. Address resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in. Performance Measurement:- Monitor and report on project outcomes and impact on client business. Continuously seek opportunities for further improvements and optimization. Client Engagement:- Collaborate with senior client executives across Claims operations and technology to understand their strategies, business needs and goals. Conduct interviews, workshops, and assessments to gather information on current claims processes. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership. Project Management:- Lead and manage claims transformation projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications and key skills:- Bachelors degree in business, Management, Information Technology, or related field. 15+ years of experience in P&C Commercial lines claims, its end-to-end value chain, process improvement, and consulting within the P&C insurance industry. Strong understanding of latest Industry trends and Claims technologies. Ability to design and recommend industry leading Claims KPIs Strong project management skills with a proven record of leading successful transformation projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with Business and technology leaders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Hands-on experience in Office tools Working Conditions:- - Travel to client sites as needed (up to 50% travel). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
