Job type : contract We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Salesforce Partner Portal Business Analyst to work in Sunnyvale CA. Requirements Collaborate with business teams to analyze current processes and recommend innovative solutions for the Partner Portal. Build, deploy, and scale the Partner Portal, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and user needs. Develop success criteria for initiatives, track progress, and measure outcomes against deliverables. Manage the Salesforce application, defining and configuring enhancements that bridge the gap between Salesforce functionalities and business processes. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script writing and securing user sign-offs. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on enterprise-scale PRM projects. Strong knowledge of Partner Portal and the Salesforce Platform, including implementation best practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and SDLC project management. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, matrixed environments. Strong organizational skills, with a focus on both strategic and tactical planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
