Job Summary: Seeking an experienced UiPath/RPA Developer to join their dynamic team. This role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining RPA solutions with a focus on UiPath and Python scripting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing automation life cycles. A background in Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus, with PowerBI experience being highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: RPA Development: Design, develop, and configure automation processes using UiPath, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, and adherence to workflow principles. Bot Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing automation bots by troubleshooting and implementing necessary updates or revisions. Python Scripting: Develop Python scripts to enhance automation functionality and address custom workflow needs. Team Collaboration: Coordinate and support offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery and software production schedules. Software Development & Testing: Assist in coding, debugging, and testing automation bots, ensuring quality through rigorous test case development and unit testing. Automation Documentation: Participate in the analysis, documentation of automation requirements, testing, and the development of RPA runbooks. Change Management: Ensure that all documentation adheres to established change management processes. BI Tools Integration: While not mandatory, experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools is beneficial for data analysis and visualization in automation projects.
