Evaluate and recommend AEM technologies to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability. Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for AEM development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AEM development teams. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and designers to ensure alignment between technical and functional requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM implementations. Design and implement integrations between AEM and other systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics). Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems. What we are looking for 7-10 years of experience as an AEM Architect or similar role. Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows. Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Familiarity with content management systems, web development frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Experience with agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills Experience with AEM Core Components, AEM Forms, and AEM Screens. Knowledge of headless CMS concepts and technologies. Certification in AEM or related technologies.
