The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation development and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies such as Pega, Appian, Salesforce, and more. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Must have: Proven experience in automation development with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Pega, Appian). Basic experience with programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
