The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega development, particularly with version 8.8.x, and a strong background in RESTful integrations. Experience in Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Pega Development: Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega 8.8.x. System Architecture: Utilize CSSA certification to ensure robust and scalable system architecture. Integration: Develop and manage RESTful integrations to ensure seamless communication between systems. Framework Expertise: Apply knowledge of Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks to enhance application functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities and system configurations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Pega development. Certification: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Pega 8.8.x and RESTful integrations. Framework Knowledge: Experience with Customer Service and/or Healthcare frameworks is preferred. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
