This role will be entirely around report creation and dashboard creation within Salesforce CRM. This will be a combination of maintaining current reporting and dashboards along with creating new reports and dashboard based on business requirements. Must have experience with Native Salesforce reporting tools. This is not a core salesforce developer role; we need someone who specifically works within the reporting and dashboarding tools of salesforce. About the job We are partnering with a Healthcare Technology company who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Report Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating and creating native reporting in Salesforce. You will be responsible for maintaining reports and creating new reports based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Salesforces native tools and features Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards Optimize and enhance existing reports and dashboards for better performance and usability Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the reports and dashboards Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to report generation and data visualization Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a Reporting Developer or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce reporting and analytics Strong proficiency in Salesforces reporting tools, including Report Builder, Dashboard Builder, and Lightning Experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
