You will be responsible for developing algorithms, designing data pipelines, and conducting detailed audit trail reviews, ensuring patient safety through precise data management. Key Responsibilities: Develop algorithms and tools for detecting anomalies in clinical trial audit trail data. Design and implement ETL pipelines for clinical trial data. Conduct in-depth metadata analyses to ensure the accuracy of data capture, modification, and deletion processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals and timelines. Perform regular audit trail reviews to maintain data integrity and support patient safety initiatives. Document data engineering processes and audit findings. Contribute to establishing best practices for audit trail reviews in clinical trials. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on anomaly detection and maintaining data integrity. Expertise in programming languages like Python and SQL, as well as experience with ETL tools. Strong knowledge of metadata analysis in relation to data capture and modification. Experience in data modeling, AI, and Python programming. Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms. Familiarity with Informatica and RapidMiner tools. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of machine learning techniques for anomaly detection.
