Referral till 12 Months Annual Salary to candidate $115K/yr - $130K/yr Position Title: Data Engineer / Data Scientist (Palantir Technologies) Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based) Type: Full-Time / Contract (12+ months) Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain) Job Summary: Razor is seeking an experienced Data Engineer and Data Scientist with deep expertise in Palantir technologies to support a government contract. This role focuses on developing and optimizing data pipelines, creating advanced analytics solutions, and contributing to mission-critical data-driven projects. The ideal candidate will work with the Palantir Foundry platform and related tools to implement data-driven use cases and deliver actionable insights to government clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform. Perform exploratory data analysis and advanced analytics using Palantir Foundry, integrating data from multiple sources. Develop predictive and prescriptive models, leveraging BI tools such as Quiver and Contour. Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into Palantir Foundry Ontology and data pipelines. Create real-time dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with data scientists to apply machine learning models and data visualization techniques. Ensure data security, integrity, and quality throughout all stages of the project. Support data modernization efforts, including data foundation and cloud infrastructure (Azure). Required Skills: 2+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry platform (including Foundry AI, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, etc.). Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and SQL. Familiarity with Palantir certifications, such as Palantir Foundry Basics. Experience working with the Ontology layer and data integration. Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data modernization strategies. Ability to work with predictive analytics tools and develop real-time dashboards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with government contracts and the public sector. Previous work in a consulting or government services environment. Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications in Palantir Foundry and other related technologies.
