The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP HANA, ABAP, SAP Asset Accounting, SAP Project System, SAP Grant Management, SAP Accounts Payable, SAP Accounts Receivable, SAP Payroll, and SAP Human Capital Management (HCM). The SAP Program Manager will act as the liaison between the technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of SAP functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Lead and manage the SAP ERP program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP modules, including HANA, ABAP, Asset Accounting, Project System, Grant Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Capital Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure efficient delivery of SAP functionalities. Project Management: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise. Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, change management, and governance. Technical Oversight & Optimization: Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. Provide technical oversight and direction to internal SAP teams and external consultants, ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices. Lead performance monitoring and tuning initiatives, ensuring optimal system performance and availability. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related initiatives, effectively communicating with senior management, business stakeholders, and IT teams. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service-level agreements. Training & Support: Develop and execute training programs to build SAP proficiency across the organization. Provide support and guidance to end-users, addressing system issues and ensuring continuous improvement of SAP functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP program management, including hands-on experience with SAP HANA, ABAP, Asset Accounting, Project System, Grant Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Capital Management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP implementations and integrations. Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and system capabilities. PMP, SAP Certification(s), or other relevant certifications preferred. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
