BI Solution Architect Location: REMOTE but need local to PST only USC GC only Job Description: Cognos MUST Power BI or Tableau (one of these skills set) Business requirements Experience working with stakeholders A more structured approach to and understanding of requirements gathering. Stakeholder engagement will be very important throughout our project. So, our consultant must have a good grasp on (1) engaging with stakeholders to gathering business requirements, (2) working to translate those business requirements into product functions and technical requirements. These technical requirements are the data elements to be used to allow data consumption. The answers we have received so far when asking candidates about their approach to requirements gathering have been a bit too general. They are not pointing out the items above. Ability to develop in both Cognos and Tableau are most paramount, with Power BI being a third highest priority (and a nice-to-have if the candidate has experience with other visualization tools).
