Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Workday solutions. Configure and customize Workday modules to meet business needs. Conduct testing and validation of Workday configurations and integrations. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities. Develop and maintain documentation related to Workday processes and configurations. Stay updated with Workday updates and new features, and assess their impact on current processes. Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Workday Business Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Financials, and other modules. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
