Data Integration: Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement efficient data integration solutions. Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum throughput. Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process, implementing data validation and cleansing routines. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing of ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-production support. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and contribute to database design decisions. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in ETL development, with a strong focus on Informatica tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica products. Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like Azure DB and SQL Server Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture. Knowledge of Insurance, Guidewire PolicyCenter and Policy Migration Tool will be added advantage. Experience with UNIX/Linux scripting and scheduling tools. Familiarity with data modeling techniques and schema designs (e.g., star, snowflake schemas). Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
