Strong understanding of GxP regulations, including FDA and EMA guidelines, and their application in SAP systems. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and related pharmaceutical modules such as SAP QM, PM, and SCM. Proven ability to design and implement SAP solutions that comply with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on experience with SAP validation, system upgrades, and migrations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive successful SAP projects. Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules to support Clients operations, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management), SAP QM (Quality Management), and other SAP modules. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications. Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for integrating SAP with the systems such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and GxP-compliant systems. Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines in all SAP implementations and processes. Support the end-to-end solution design, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, and distribution processes. Work closely with IT infrastructure teams to design and implement robust and scalable SAP environments that can support the unique requirements of the Client, including data integrity, security, and reporting. Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related projects and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions. Ensure system validation and documentation for GxP compliance, overseeing SAP validation activities in accordance with industry standards. Provide expertise in managing data migrations, system upgrades, and new system implementations. Train and support users in SAP functionalities and ensure effective user adoption of new solutions.
