BUT I can only work with WD QA Managers who have done 2 WD implementations for Hospitals or one Hospital IMP and one Healthcare IMP. He has been with Charter for 7 years full time he over saw all of QA and he stays hands on but he was not the person who was 100% on the WD imp and he does not have any Hospital experience. I will consider him for future roles thx! He has not worked in a clinical health environment since 2016 at Mayo Clinic. He does mention healthcare environments at Argonne Labs but they are not a medical center or hospital per se. I will discuss with him. Overview: This person will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday applications through thorough testing and analysis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and is driven to continuously improve processes. What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience) Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications for Workday applications Experience utilizing automated testing tools and scripts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes Experience participating in design and code reviews to ensure that quality is built into the development process Experience providing support during user acceptance testing, ensuring all reported issues are resolved before release Experience working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure a high level of quality across all Workday applications Experience in end-to-end Workday Implementations Healthcare experience What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position) Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday applications through thorough testing and analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify areas for testing Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to validate the functionality and performance of Workday applications Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects promptly, following established processes and procedures Monitor and track defects through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate updates to all stakeholders Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improving software quality and reliability Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Workday testing and make recommendations for process improvements Mentor and train junior team members on testing methodologies and tools Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates, raise any issues or risks, and provide suggestions for improvement Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in the testing process and propose solutions Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable Workday applications Keywords: quality analyst Workday QA Test Lead :: Chicago, Illinois :: Remote [email protected] |
