Job Description : Responsibilities Strong background in IT service management and process optimization, with hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions that drive business performance Identify opportunities for process automation within IT operations. Would be able to automation workflows using Java Develop and implement automation strategies that align with business objectives. Experience in successful production deployments by following all standard practices, starting from raising change tickets to working with all stakeholders for implementation Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from inception to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and expectations. Monitor and analyze the performance of automated processes and recommend improvements. Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices. Requirement: Strong knowledge ITPAM ( IT Process Automation Manager) concepts, tools and features including administration & Operation Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g.Java , Python, PowerShell). Proficient in developing best practices that ensure seamless integration of automated processes into existing workflows using ITPAM to reduce operational costs, and improve service delivery timelines Expert in designing and implementing end to end automation workflows across technology and processes using ITPAM and other Automation tool Strong knowledge on integrating ITPAM tool with other platforms and tools using scripting knowledge Hands-on expertise with large scale enterprise landscape integration with various tools with ITPAM and other RPA tools Proven experience in IT process automation and service management.
