The web front end should allow a user to: Experience required: Front End: HTML, CSS. Web Development Back End: .Net, Java, API, and SQL Refresh data (pull fresh data from backend platform), View current rate and newly calculated rate, Accept newly calculated rate, Override newly calculated rate with cause, Submit the rate change with an identified effective date (there is a single effective date for each submittal), Change just the effective date, Run filtered reports (e.g., for a specific parking zone within selected date range, rate change types, etc.).
