Job Description: Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their team, focusing on analyzing data and interpreting and documenting the business logic for commission calculations. This role presents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate MUST have very strong SQL skills and will leverage their analytical skills to support data migration to the Azure cloud while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of commission-related processes. Running agile ceremonies will be essential as is strong involvement and understanding of SDLC. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to provide high-quality analysis and support for commission calculations. Analyze and interpret data, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Develop a deep understanding of commission structures and the business logic that drives calculations. Facilitate the migration of data to the Azure cloud, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Investigate performance issues related to data accuracy and processing efficiency. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Document business processes and data flows to support ongoing analysis and future enhancements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience with SQL Deep knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with individual autonomy.
