Preferred: Airline industry experience, exposure to business planning, systems analysis, and/or application development. Experience in data administration, security methods, database design techniques, multi platform environments, and IT auditing. Job Descriptions: Analyze the information security environment and help develop measures to safeguard information from unauthorized access or modification. Collaborate with management, developers, risk staff, auditors, and security teams to implement security plans for hardware, software, and telecommunications systems. Develop, enforce, and maintain security policies. Lead security projects, generate project plans, and provide cost estimates. Communicate and interact with customers and stakeholders regarding security tasks and objectives. Document and redefine security processes and procedures. Coordinate information security awareness programs. Work with IT staff to select and configure appropriate security hardware and software. Respond to and manage security incidents, identifying potential threats and solutions. Assist with security policy documentation, classification of resources, and provide security training as required. Assist in developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans. Research, evaluate, and recommend new or improved information security technologies. Train information owners on implementing necessary security controls.
