This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days at the client office in New York, NY. Responsibilities Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards. Provide Anaplan model building and solution architecture experience, focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Anaplan applications to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes for knowledge transfer. Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models and deliver requirements for new functionalities. Stay updated with Anaplan features and enhancements to improve processes and user experience. Collaborate with finance, IT, and data teams for seamless integration and alignment with other systems. Requirements At least 7 years of experience with Anaplan, including a minimum of 3 implementations. Strong experience in financial and enterprise performance management processes, including incentive compensation management and performance reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements. Anaplan certification is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
