Team Collaboration Mandatory Ability to work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Coaching and Mentorship Mandatory Ability to coach team members on Agile best practices and foster team productivity. Problem Solving Mandatory Ability to identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution. Stakeholder Management Mandatory Experience coordinating with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
