Processing description: http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1828267&uid= From: Abhiram Rout, Vyze [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title; Program Manager Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX ) Duration: 12-month Need x apple candidates Required Skills: Minimum 3 years of Program Management, managing large scale and complex programs 10 years project management experience, of which minimal 3 years leading large scale projects Experience in Legal operations or Security is mandatory Large scale project management experience mandatory Strong familiarity using Apple based tools required (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike) mandatory Demonstrated ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment mandatory Excellent verbal and communication skills mandatory Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision mandatory Ability to work with Leadership and contribute meaningfully to strategic planning initiatives mandatory Executive presence and ability to influence outcomes when identifying innovative opportunities, presenting plans and building support for process improvements mandatory Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making skills and attention to detail mandatory Responsibilities: The Program Manager is accountable for the management and maintenance of key deliverables associated to each project, specifically: Aggregate detailed plans from multiple work streams into a single comprehensive project view Deal effectively with ambiguity and drive consensus with work stream leads Use Mac based tools for project reporting and communication (e.g Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro) Serve as the first point of issue escalation for the project delivery teams Document project work and status in Wrike (e.g. risks, issues, decisions, changes, schedule, tasks) Work closely with the Solution Manager on specific Change Management activities (e.g. comms creation and delivery) Coordinate deliverable development activities with the projects Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and assigned Business Stakeholders Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope and schedule Comfortable communicating project status, issues and risks to project sponsors and leadership Develop executive level project summaries as required using a Mac tools Thanks & Regards ..
