Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role - 2 Job Title: Oil and Gas ERP Program Manager -Large Scale Projects Location: Houston, TX strongly preferred (if not, onsite 4 days a week in Houston) Duration : 12 months Start: ASAP -before Nov 1 Duration : 1 year Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP (SAP) Program Manager to oversee the implementation and management of ERP systems within the oil and gas sector due to an acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining the projects scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Establish a project team, define roles and responsibilities, and create a communication plan. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to ensure the ERP system meets organizational requirements and objectives. Budget Management: Establish and manage the project budget, track costs, and report on budget variances. Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop contingency plans.
