Senior Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Management

Job Requirement:

Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Source to Settle processes in ECC and S4 environment and associated tools for successful implementation of a Business/Digital Transformation Project.

Job Responsibilities:

Solid hands-on experience in Source to Settle (S2S) processes, e.g., Material Requirement Planning, RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment, Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and Constraints, Inbound logistics, Costing and Supplier invoicing

Strong experience in S4 Supply Chain Execution capabilities and SAP ECC MM/PP and RICEFWs with cross functional workstream impact analysis

Solid hands-on experience in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management

Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement

Partners closely with business partners, systems analysts, development, architecture and project teams to facilitate optimal solution design and delivery

Translate the business requirements to functional specifications document, develop and own requirements traceability matrix

Assist the Solution/Technical Architects in identifying and managing functionality and Application issues, risks, and scope creep

Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:

o Requirements (Validation and Alignment)

o Design (Blueprint and Spec)

o Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)

o Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)

o Training/Documentation

o Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)

o Run (Post-mortem, Hypercare)

Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Provide end user support during hyper care

Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team and developers

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years overall SAP experience with 5+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP)

Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems include SAP and No code platforms

Have worked in multiple end-to-end implementation projects, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion

Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking, oral/written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently or with limited direction

Additional Qualifications:

Conversion experience from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 and other applications a plus

Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus.

In this role, you will analyze complex business problems to be solved with re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and design integration capabilities and systems solutions in support of business objectives

Solid hands-on experience in end to end Procure to Pay processes, e.g., RFQ, forecasting, PO Management, Consignment, Sub-contracting and Supplier Collaboration, Capacity planning and Constraints, Inbound logistics, Costing and Supplier invoicing

Collaborate with the project team in leveraging various Supplier Collaboration systems through SAP Portals, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, .Net applications, SQL proficiency etc. to enable the organization's interim and future-state business capabilities

Experience in S4 functionalities such as Quoting tool, BTP app design, etc. preferred

Experience in Transportation Management System (TMS) applications, e.g. ProcessWeaver, SAP TM, etc. preferred

Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience

Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into business use cases.

Utilize Talend for integration tasks, focusing on extracting and transforming data from SAP ECC to Kinaxis RapidResponse.

Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into business use cases.

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a dynamic leader, adept problem solver, and forward-thinking innovator who drives change and fosters innovation. In this role, you will focus on analyzing and optimizing system interfaces and integrations, particularly between SAP ECC and SAP S/4 with other supporting applications as we transform our digital ERP systems. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless data migration, enhancing system interoperability, and optimizing workflows to support our digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborates with LAM Global Information Systems (GIS) teams to understand and support their operational requirements, developing and integrating interface solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4.

Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics) and their interdependencies in solution design, build & test phases

Collaborate with the BU & GIS in leveraging various Operations Planning & Execution systems (SAP ECC, Custom applications in SAP ECC, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, BI/Dashboards, etc.) to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities

Tracking and driving tasks to closure and escalate as required

Skills Required:

Demonstrated experience writing software requirements and test specifications

Ability to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases

Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and system architecture standards

Additional Qualifications:

Previous Experience with SAP S/4
