We are looking for a Virtualization Systems Analyst to work with our global client in Rochester, NY. This role will require 100% onsite presence at our client site. Responsibilities: Solve application virtualization requests. Opening Change request. Support users having issues logging onto Citrix. Help users that have problems launching the applications. Assistance in filling out the documentation required to virtualize an application. Create application packages. Test application installation. Troubleshoot application installation. Help with application portal maintenance. Help with application installation on Citrix Flexxible Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (VDIs). Assisting in the projects for the virtual environment. Requirements: 5+ years of experience on Windows 10 and superior administration. Experience with application virtualization and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions. In particular Citrix. Good troubleshooting skills on application installation. A strong knowledge of how the environment works will be useful in providing the direction to end users and the Software Factory in creating the virtual applications and virtual desktops infrastrucutres (VDIs). Basic knowledge on network connectivity. Good communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Familiar with Ticketing tools. Excellent team player. Proactive attitude.
