Mode Of Interview : One and Only Web Cam Client need for onsite - Client has offices in Henrico (suburb of Richmond, VA), McLean, VA and Dallas, TX. Will require travel to client office for first month, for one week. If contractor, will pay for $1000 for onsite expenses. We would ask them to relocate to Raleigh and work from our office since co-location helps. If our client likes the individuals, they are good for 3-5 years. Workday Integration: Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this role is to design, build, and implement robust solutions. This includes analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, training, and support of complex business and enterprise software solutions. Designs, develops, and implements Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance and Procurement. Configures and customizes Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Officers, Directors, Managers or Teams to understand their Integration needs. Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to leverage enhancements in integration capabilities. Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability of report outputs. Document integration requirements, specifications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing. Conducts unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions. Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and web services, and core connectors.
