Lead the configuration and execution of compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Perform system assessments to ensure accuracy in compensation processes and troubleshooting issues. Oversee the setup, configuration, and testing of year-end compensation events. Provide expertise in updating existing compensation plans and making necessary adjustments for business needs. Proven experience supporting the year-end compensation process for a Workday HCM client, preferably within the retail industry. Expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and equity plans within Workday. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex compensation-related issues.Desirable Skills: Serves as Subject Matter Expert in Benefits. Has specialized and deepened skill set within Benefits Creates work estimates for small to large bodies of work. Knowledge of Workday HCM basics, inbound and outbound vendor integrations for ongoing administration, payroll close cycles, and special projects such as the Annual Open Enrollment cycle. Assist with ongoing Vendor Management, serving as a technical liaison between third party benefits vendors, internal technical development team, and benefits stakeholders.
