Position : AEP Solutions Consultant Location : 100% Remote Duration : 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION . Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant with expertise in Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This is a contract role for a dynamic tech consultancy based in the U.S., where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on an enterprise-level client project. As an AEP Solutions Consultant, youll play a key role in supporting growth initiatives by leveraging your expertise in Adobe solutions architecture. Your responsibilities will include consulting, presales, and delivery, working across the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Analytics, AEP RT-CDP, and Adobe Target. Youll collaborate closely with account leaders, sales teams, and clients, contributing to innovative and high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities: Audience Strategy & Segment Design: 4+ years developing audience strategies, designing segments, and managing audience development in RT-CDP and AJO. RT-CDP & AJO Expertise: Experience with RT-CDP proofing, multi-touch and multi-step journey development, journey strategy orchestration, and AJO audience modelling. Segmentation & Audience Governance: Design and develop audience segmentation processes, intake processes, audience-sharing strategies, and governance models. Activation Strategy: Develop and execute activation strategies, integrating activation channels from RT-CDP and AJO. Required Skills: IT Industry Expertise: 10+ years in IT, ideally with large consulting or services firms. Adobe Experience Platform: 2+ years architecting solutions for AEP. Adobe Analytics: 3+ years architecting solutions for Adobe Analytics. Consulting Services: 3+ years of experience in consulting service sales and negotiations. Technical Leadership: 3+ years in senior technical leadership roles. Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to discuss strategy, pipeline, and attribution. Independent Thinker: Proven ability to develop solution offerings independently. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with multicultural, multifunctional teams. Preferred Experience: Hands-On Adobe Platform: Extensive hands-on experience extending business applications using the Adobe platform. Industry Knowledge: Broad understanding of evolving IT landscapes, with a focus on cloud, digital, and technology innovations.
