| Hi Contract Role: IAM Architect with ETRM Exp 16+ Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Must Have Skills Architect, Engineer, Configuration, Ticket Support, Microsoft Exchange, Entra ID, CyberArk, Active Directory, ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management), Niche IT skills, ETRM tools like Endur, OpenLink, Allegro, and other relevant platforms About the role: IAM Architect + Hands On Engineering ( Initially architecting and then acting as the hands-on engineer Candidate must be ready to do this.) Job Description Develop and design scalable and secure architecture for Microsoft Exchange, Entra ID, CyberArk, and on-premises Active Directory environments. Design and implement Entra ID solutions for identity management, including user provisioning, role assignments, and access controls. Design and manage the on-premises Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, user and group management, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Design and implement CyberArk solutions for privileged access management, including vaulting, access controls, and session monitoring. Develop integration strategies to ensure seamless interaction between Exchange, Entra ID, CyberArk, and on-prem AD, including hybrid identity solutions and synchronization mechanisms. Administer and configure Microsoft Exchange environments, including mailbox management, server configuration, and performance tuning. Design and manage hybrid identity architecture - AD Connect, PTA/PHS/Password Rewrite. Manage Entra ID Users, Roles, Groups, and Enterprise App registrations and implement, configure, and troubleshoot SAML implementations. Decommission and dismantle the existing architecture for Microsoft Exchange (online, on-prem). Decommission on-premises Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers. Integrate identity management solutions within ETRM platforms such as Endur, OpenLink, Allegro, and other relevant energy trading and risk management systems. Apply IAM solutions in coordination with ETRM workflows, ensuring secure and efficient user access across trading systems.
