Best regards, Larissa Listing Number: 219328 Job Title: M&A Project Manager (Backfill) Location: mostly remote with, potential trips to Missouri Length of Assignment: Thru EOY +possible extensions Schedule: M-Fri (can be a little flexible have people in Ireland/NY and MO) flexible but need people engaged in the AM EST or CST hours 7-12 CST most important Our client just entered into an agreement with a private equity company to divest a piece of their business and t hey have an aggressive sign to close and are looking to engage a Project Manager with experience leading IT divestiture projects. The client is currently running about 125 Applications across Enterprise Apps, infrastructure, and security and because it is private equity there is no infrastructure in place. They will stay on their current network for a period of time but will be standing up everything from scratch. There will be 10 to 15 internal employees engaged from client and this resource will be responsible for creating an overarching project plan, setting meetings, driving timelines, addressing issues, best practices and risks mitigation. The plan will involve transitioning 200 employees.
