We need hardworking, hard-working and creative people to help us seek more of these challenging opportunities in Autonomous Driving. The GPU, our invention, serves as the visual cortex of modern computers and is at the heart of our products and services. Our work opens up new universes to explore, enables amazing creativity and discovery and powers what were once science fiction inventions from artificial intelligence to autonomous cars. You will play a key member of the data collection and operation teams to serve as a liaison for the engineering team. You will work with our data engineering team to design engineering improvements to increase and scale operational efficiencies. You will lead complex operations to ensure timely completion of data collection requests. The ideal candidate is technical and has hands-on experience with various hardware and software concepts. This candidate should have interest in autonomous vehicles and be comfortable working in ambiguous environments with minimal mentorship. What you'll be doing: Prepare vehicle and system for data collection. Collect various types of data for DNN training. Review and follow technical documentation related to ML/AI data collection. Provide constructive feedback to engineers on various methods and procedures. Standardize data operation practices for upscaling. Execute and modify Bash and Python scripts based on the teams needs. Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues. Work independently to quickly and efficiently overcome challenges, escalating to leadership if necessary. Help and support the development of state-of-the-art autonomous vehicle technology in an agile environment. What we need to see: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or have a technical degree You will have 2+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and staff. Ability to work in a constantly evolving, hands-on, startup environment. Ability to make decisions and work with minimal direction. Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. Knowledge in programming languages like bash, python, C, C++. Experience with task management tools like Jira. Ways to stand out of the crowd: An obvious passion for getting things done in a fast-paced technology environment Understanding of machine learning concepts and procedures. You have exceptional knowledge of Linux filesystems and Bash. Exposure to programming languages like Python and C++. You are curious about the operations of deep neural networks and the tools you are using.
