Position: LEAD Scrum Master with Data Analytics Location: Sanjose, CA Onsite Scrum Master Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent certification. Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master, preferably in Data & Analytics or software development environments. Agile Methodology and Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding and application of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies. Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Collaboration & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills to serve as a liaison between the Data & Analytics team and stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and engineers. Sprint Planning and Execution: Experience helping teams define and prioritize tasks for sprints and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Tools Proficiency: Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms. Knowledge of data-related tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar for data visualization would be a plus. Continuous Improvement Focus: A background in driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and fostering a productive team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Data & Analytics Teams: Candidates who have previously led or worked with Data & Analytics teams and have an understanding of data science, data engineering, or data warehousing technologies. Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting and Metrics: Experience tracking and reporting KPIs and project progress to key stakeholders. Certified Scrum Masters with experience in managing Data & Analytics projects or software development teams. Candidates with hands-on experience using Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Professionals with strong communication skills, who are adept at resolving conflicts and driving teams toward continuous improvement.
