Mainframe system production support: Ensures that mainframe applications are allways available and functioning properly to meet business needs. Minimizes application downtime through proactive monitoring and prompt issue remediation. Detect, log, and resolve system disruptions while minimizing impact on business operations. Document known issues and resolutions. Support adhoc reporting needs for business stakeholders. SCOPE OF WORK: What does the project / work entail. Include all detailed requirements. This role will be backfilling system production support due to the loss of a key resource. This role is intended to assist with the maintenance of business continuity for the mainframe licensing system The Contractor shall deliver all goods and/or provide all servcies necessary to accomplish the objective set above, in accordance with the following deliverables / milestones, criteria for completion and special requirements. HIGH LEVEL PROJECT DELIVERABLES (EXPECTED DELIVERABLE) (Include detailed explanation) Maintenance/Production issues pertinent to system deliverables Maintain the quality of system functions, processing and reporting for the end users Documenting the current system for conversion purposes Assisting the employee in documenting the workflows and data quality and conversion rules for the new system Modernization Assist and determine practical solutions to business and programming problems during Driver Services conversion.
