As the Wave Deployment Lead for an S4 HANA deployment, you will take the helm of the Partner System Readiness (PSR) team, collaborating closely with Site IT leads, the PSR PMO, Integration Managers, and Business Analysts. You will play a vital role in the S4 HANA Deployment Leadership Team, driving the successful execution of the deployment across multiple sites, including Branchburg, Tucson, and the Bay Area. This position requires a high-level integration consultant with extensive experience in heavy manufacturing who can adeptly manage the complexities of integrating various systemsapproximately 100 in total. Your expertise in data migration, cutover planning, and stakeholder management will be critical as you navigate the project's nuances to ensure a successful go-live on November 26, followed by continued support during the hypercare phase. Day-to-Day Responsibilities In your daily role, you will oversee the entire scope of Partner System Readiness, ensuring deliverables are met from the initial planning stages through successful go-live. You will coordinate all activities for relevant systems during the Wave deployment, including guiding hardware deployment, overseeing key testing activities (System Acceptance Testing, Integrated System Acceptance Testing, and Dress Rehearsals), and managing technical cutover planning. Establishing efficient workflows and clarifying roles and responsibilities within the team will be essential, as will maintaining alignment with key stakeholders. You will act as the escalation point for PSR systems, identifying and managing risks related to system remediation activities. Effective communication will be crucial as you work to promote PSR concepts among critical stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and foster collaboration across various teams and deployments.
