DevOps Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect with strong expertise in React to lead the design, development, and integration of front-end solutions within our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM and React, and will be responsible for creating scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM solutions for web and mobile platforms. Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows. Integrate React components with AEM to build dynamic and interactive user interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. 5+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture. Strong proficiency in React and its core principles. Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud integration technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with AEM Cloud and headless CMS implementations. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with other front-end frameworks like Angular.
